So I have decided to quit my job soon due to my employer being totally inefficient in their own responsibilities while being overtly harsh on me for minor issues. They seem to think of themselves with a 'holier-than-thou' attitude while completely botching up the way they run the business. I attempted to streamline the work process which improved efficiency, saved considerable time and had no adverse effects whatsoever. This caused me to receive a written warning. My protests at such were disregarded without much explanation. So i figure, if they insist on being incompetent; let them at it. All their positive business acumen is just hype for their misled clients.

So, on to greener pastures and letting go of bad rubbish. Once I have left this place, my life make-over will be complete. I may even send an abusive email to my managers when I leave. After all, I wouldn't trust even a good reference from them, so I have no intention of asking them for one now.
